Office Administrator


Responsible Life, a financial services company, are currently looking for a highly organised and driven Office Administrator to join our Royal William Yard offices.

With a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to work and excellent communication skills, the Office Administrator will report to the General Manager and provide administrative support for a variety of business functions, including Talent Acquisition, Business Intelligence, Compliance and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities for the Office Administrator:

  • General office administration support
  • Providing support where requested for a variety of business functions
  • Updating and maintaining internal office systems or databases and files
  • Support with projects for the General Manager
  • Draft, format and review a variety of documents as requested by internal Managers
  • Completing and sending out recruitment packs for new employees
  • Scanning, photocopying and post


Skills Requirements for the Office Administrator:

  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Keen organisational skills and a pro-active approach to work
  • A strong eye for detail, and proven ability to work both efficiently and accurately
  • Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite (including Excel)
